All ink & toner cartridges
must be free of damage to be recycled. You must have a minimum of $15.00 to ship them back to us. We
only accept empties from customers within U.S. (except Hawaii
and Puerto Rico). |

Step 1: Separate your
cartridges according to Virgin
and Non-Virgin
Virgin Cartridges: Empty original
cartridges that were bought NEW and used only
in
one
cycle (never remanufactured)
Non-Virgin
Cartridges: Cartridges that have been
remanufactured one or more times.

Step 2: Carefully pack your
cartridges to avoid damage during transit. We recommend each
cartridge should be individually wrapped, using newspaper, or
other protective wrapping. Voltexx will not
pay for any damaged cartridges.

Step 3: Fill in the form
according to your cartridges and your pre-paid free shipping
label will print out at the end. |
After we receive your cartridges,
please allow the following time frame for processing:
- For credit on your account: 7-10 working days.
- For cash: 14-21 business days.
